  • Once the rental company has installed the tent, DO NOT modify the poles or stakes in any way.
  • DO NOT attach anything to the tent or structure in such a way that it reduces the structural integrity or creates an additional hazard (e.g. - barriers with guard rails, shopping carts, product clothes lines, display panels or lights.
  • BE AWARE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER. If your rented tent is not designed to function as a shelter and severe weather occurs, evacute the tent immediately.
  • Use caution with the items used in the tent. For example, do not attempt to use a heating device in the tent that is not approved. Again, consult your local rental dealer for proper heating, cooling and electrical devices appropriate for use in a tent.
  • DO NOT use any electrical devices that are not wired with a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) device. GFIs are designed to limit the risk of electrical shock.
